Owner, Amanda Renfro

Amanda has 25 years of experience in the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industry. Amanda was a sales rep for two of the top foodservice purveyors helping restaurants successfully run day to day operations and menu planning. Her B.S. in Human Services helps the center of her work to be on providing excellent personal service and cultivating long-term customer and business relationships.
Prior to starting Buckin’ Hot Catering, Amanda catered for friends and family on holidays and birthday parties as a hobby and knew she could turn her hobby into a successful, enduring business. Amanda is extremely passionate about creating meals you will remember and making your event process effortless and seamless for you. She is deeply involved with managing every aspect of her business on a daily basis.

Buckin’ Hot Catering is blessed to have a local Rolla native, “Chef A” who brings her more than impressive resume and catering experience to the kitchen daily. Chef graduated with her Associates Degree in Professional Catering and Hospitality Management, from Sullivan University, Louisville, KY. She trained under a pastry chef for Her Majesty Queen Elizibeth II. She rose to Operations Manager for one the the largest catering companies in Dallas with multiple locations. During her time there she catered Tony Romo’s wedding reception. She later became chef at The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Dallas. A 4 Diamond Hotel with a 5 star restaurant and celebrity hot spot for Jerry Jones, Emmit Smith, Leonardo DiCaprio, Colin Hanks, etc. She’s catered many high-profile events such as Super Bowl XLV VIP tent, the Kentucky Derby, and private chef residence events for the Ford Family, members of the Eagles and Aerosmith. She expanded her repertoire becoming General Manager at Unrefined Bakery, a specialty bakery specializing in gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and sugar free baked goods.
